The MELT Method® is a revolutionary self-care system designed to help you improve performance and eliminate the mental and physical stress that accumulates from daily living before it causes persistent pain and dysfunction.
Using specially-designed soft rollers and balls, MELT invites you to directly access, repair, and maintain the health of your connective tissue. This connective tissue, or fascia, can, over time or in response to injury, neglect, or misuse, lose suppleness, leading to persistent stiffness, aches and pains, or limited movement (movement limitations). By rehydrating the fascia through targeted stimulation, MELT Method techniques lubricate joints and muscles, increase range of motion, stimulate blood flow and cellular regeneration, relieve tension, improve sleep, prevent pain and injury, and slow the aging process.
